This position is responsible of service administration, providing administrative support to authorized service centers, Call Center and Stores to resolve requests from end customers and business partners in terms of time, quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsabilities:
Manage support with internal areas to solve the requirements of the service centers.
Offer support to distributors in service issues such as: pending repairs, returns, attention to final customers, service policies.
Administrate the first level support of the process of service orders for Service Centers.
Implement continuous improvement projects with service centers seeking to increase customer satisfaction, as well as operational and financial improvement.
Supervise execution and implementation of policies and service guidelines in authorized service centers, in order to accomplish the objectives and detect areas of opportunity.
Budget control of parts and physical changes generated in the service centers to contribute to the level of expenses of the division.
