Atención a Clientes

• Manages inbound customer requests on order status and ensures service level agreements are met

• Work with sales teams to help manage open orders

• Maintains notes in appropriate systems

• Attends vendor partner trainings as assigned

• Represents Company professionally in daily interface with business partners/customers.

• Meet attendance & punctuality standards

Requirements

• Fluent English speaking, reading and writing skills

• HighSchool diploma/GED plus 2 years relevant experience required or Bachelor’s Degree with less than 1 year of work experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 

• Experience with the delivery of effective messaging through written and verbal communications

Abilities:

• Build solid, effective working relationships with others

• Respond to incoming requests in a friendly and courteous manner

• Able to use current computer system applications

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

• Able to work in a professional office environment

Horario: 8am a 6pm.

Atención a Clientes  Sueldo   $11,000 

Telemarketing ventas Sueldo  $13,800
